Why a cryo facial is not just a body session moved upwards
On your body, we choose temperatures that destroy fat cells, because that is what people want gone.
On your face, we want the opposite. Facial fat is what keeps a face looking full and young, and taking it away ages people rather than improving them. So a cryo facial runs deliberately warmer than any body session we do. Cold enough to firm, tighten and settle the skin. Never cold enough to start destroying what is underneath it.
That is a temperature decision, made on purpose, every time.

What people come in for
Nobody books a facial for the abstract idea of one. People arrive with something specific in mind. In our studio, these are the reasons:
Anti-aging
The largest group by a distance. Firmer skin along the cheek and jaw, and the sense of keeping ahead of things rather than catching up later.
Tightening
Reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles, for smoother, firmer looking skin.
Skin that flares up
Clients come to us with all kinds of skin inflammation, including acne, eczema and psoriasis, for how their skin looks and feels afterwards.
Scarring
Helping clear up and reduce the look of acne scars.
Prevention
A real category, and an underrated one. You do not have to already have lines to be worth treating. Keeping skin firm is easier than firming it back up.
What does a cryo facial cost
Every plan here is built around your skin and what you want changed, so we would rather see it in person than guess at a price in print.
If you have not been here before, our Define and Glow special is currently available for just $99, and it is the easiest way to start. You can request both a cryo facial and our neck and jawline contour treatment as part of your Define and Glow special. Be sure to tell your client consultant when you speak over the phone.
How long does a session take, and how often should I come
A cryo facial takes about 15 to 20 minutes. It is quick and non-invasive, with no downtime, so you could even fit one in on your lunch break.
For the best results, start with a series: usually one or two sessions a week for the first few weeks. After that, come in for maintenance sessions as needed to keep your results. How often depends on your skin and your goals.
Is the jawline part of this
No, and it is worth being clear about it because people ask.
The chin and jawline are their own service, run at their own temperature, because the goal there is different. A facial is about the skin. The jawline work is about definition along the jaw and under the chin, and it has its own page.
Is a cryo facial safe, and who should not book one
Nothing pierces your skin. Nothing is injected. There is no needle, no peel and no chemical involved, and there is nothing to recover from afterwards. You can put makeup back on and carry on with your day.
There are people we will not treat:
- Anyone who is breastfeeding
- Anyone who has had any cancer, including anyone in remission, within the last year
If you have a skin condition or any health condition and you are unsure, get your doctor's sign-off before booking.
No injectables, no needles, no medical supervision, and we do not claim that category.
What do I do before I come in
Come with clean skin and your makeup off. No lotion and no oil on the area we are going to work on.
How do I book
Cryo facial questions
What is a cryo facial?
Cold air at specific temperatures, applied to your face and neck to firm your skin and increase collagen production, without going cold enough to affect the fat underneath. No needles, no peel, nothing injected.
Does it hurt?
No. It is cold, but it is a dry cold, and your skin adjusts quickly into a comfortable experience.
Is there any downtime?
No. You can put makeup straight back on and go about your day.
How long does a cryo facial session take?
About 15 to 20 minutes. It is quick and non-invasive, with no downtime, so you could even fit one in on your lunch break.
How often should I get a cryo facial?
For the best results, start with a series: usually one or two sessions a week for the first few weeks. After that, maintenance sessions as needed keep your results. How often depends on your skin and your goals.
How long do the results last?
Most people notice skin that looks tighter, lifted and more radiant straight after their first cryo facial. We call it our "Frotox" effect. The treatment also helps support collagen production, so with regular sessions the look and feel of your skin can keep improving over time. Results vary from person to person, and regular sessions help maintain them.
Are there any side effects?
You may notice mild redness, tingling or sensitivity straight after your session. These are temporary and usually fade quickly. There is no downtime, so you can get right back to your day.
Can I have a facial and a body session on the same visit?
Yes. In fact, a lot of our clients do both in the same visit.
